“You’re a scammer” read the comment that changed the course of someone’s business.
This person had just spent weeks working hard on launching her offer so she could help people clear their acne from within using subconscious mind reprogramming tools instead of chemicals.
All that work, for nothing.
Cause on top of not making any sales, she got accused of being a scammer. She felt so devastated she decided to change her niche to mindset and manifesting and was looking for tips to find clients.
I think we can all relate to her story, the launches that flopped, the comments that made us feel like frauds, the lane-changing when things don’t go well from the get-go.
But are you seeing what I’m seeing?
A random stranger on the internet said she was a scammer and she changed her whole business model.
Other people’s opinions don’t define you.
Someone calling you a scammer doesn’t make you one.
But when you change your niche to one that may be perceived as less of a scam, you’re signaling that you agree.
And the solution isn’t to find a “reputable” niche, or find clients just to prove you’re not a scammer.
You have to communicate with the part of you that internalizes and believes these negative comments. Because if you don’t, you’ll keep hitting the same wall over and over again.
What would her business look like today had she trusted herself enough to stay the course instead of swerving because of someone’s opinion?
The more your business grows, the more negative comments you’ll get.
If you change things everytime someone says something negative or you don’t get the results you want in a launch, you’ll always be starting from scratch, never gaining enough momentum to achieve your goals.
When you know who you are, other people’s opinions can’t throw you off.
That’s why I guide my clients through exercises to reprogram how they see themselves before we start working on the strategies.
Fake it ’till you make it rarely works. It just makes you feel like even more of a fraud.
But when you make changes at the identity level, there’s a trickle down effect that naturally shifts what you believe, how you act and the results you get.
Other people’s opinions don’t define you.
You get to decide who you are.
And subconscious programming tools help you become that version of you.
When we work together, we remove the identities, beliefs and habits that don’t match who you are and replace them with those that support the real you.
So that you can stand your ground and trust yourself even when someone questions you or says something mean.
And not swear off launches when one doesn’t do as well as you hoped.
Or give up when you can’t seem to break through an income plateau.
You’re ready. Let’s work together to help you make self-trust your default.
