🙃 If I could go back in time and tell 2017 Lucia something, it would be that courses are great but it's offering SERVICES that will truly set her free.

Do I regret creating my courses? No, not really.

🫠 But with no community and no money to grow one quickly? The math wasn't mathing.

Courses and low ticket offers rely on you having a BIG audience, because only 2% of people buy it.

Yes, even if it's cheap or a great deal.

🧮 To make $2K per month selling a $100 course or digital product you'd need to sell 20 copies each month, and you'd need a warm audience of at least 1000 email subscribers.

To get 1K subscribers with new ones being added every month? Organically? As a new creator? Without selling 24/7 to your list?

🙅‍♀️ Doesn't sound easy or enjoyable.

Still, I focused on offering services while creating my courses and that's where the bulk of my income came from over the years.

❌ Without needing a huge audience or doing big, exhausting launches.

It also allowed me to work closely with my dream clients and see where they needed help and how to support them.

🪙 That's how you truly find a solid GOLD course idea.

Market research for weeks can help, but nothing beats creating what your people need from you.

So if you're stuck in the messy middle, with a course or membership that doesn't sell enough for you to quit your job (or keep you from needing one):
