Check your opt-in forms and remove any fields that you don't absolutely need.

👉 Do you really need a last name field? Or a country field? Or a "where you found" me field?

First name + Email address should be all you ask for in your forms*.

The more information you ask for in your opt-in form, the less subscribers you'll get.

Why?

👎 More fields means more chances for people to decide they don't want your freebie after all (or not at the expense of sharing more private info).

If you need more info from your email subscribers, you can ask for it in your welcome sequence instead 🎉

➡️ Go ahead and remove any fields you don't need from your opt-in forms (especially that last name field for a free offer) and see how you start getting more subscribers with the same traffic 🙂

What if we allowed ourselves to just be? To not have every waking moment jam-packed of things to do? To be free to spend an hour looking at the clouds and the leaves softly swaying in the wind without the guilt?

A hard ask in this world that trains us to just go go go and make the most out of every second, sometimes doing more than one thing at a time.

And then we demonize ourselves if we take a few seconds to rest.

This week I encourage you to take as little as 5 minutes a day to just be, without a goal, or plan, or a motive.

✨ Ground yourself in the present moment for a few minutes before you're caught up in the whirlwind of worrying about the past, the future and the chaos of daily life.

I want to share the 3 easy things you can do to reprogram your subconscious mind for success without hiring a coach!

1️⃣ Listen to Hypnosis tracks: Hypnosis isn't magic or mind control (but it sure looks fun in movies). It's a natural occuring state of relaxation where it becomes easier for positive suggestions to make it through and be absorbed by your subconscious mind.

Normally, your conscious mind filters and rejects what it doesn't consider to be true (which is why affirmations don't always work for everyone!). With hypnosis, you're able to more easily bypass the conscious mind and have your subconscious mind accept the positive suggestions.

2️⃣ Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT tapping): EFT tapping reduces the intensity of negative emotions, thoughts and beliefs by lightly tapping on the meridian points on the body while focusing on the issue you're dealing with.

It combines the body and the mind to release stuck energy and reprogram your subconscious mind with positive beliefs, habits and identities.

3️⃣ Play subliminals in the background while you work. Subliminals contain affirmations that are played at a frequency that our conscious mind can't hear, but our subconscious mind can pick up on it and absorb the suggestions played.

This is the easiest way to reprogram your subconscious mind for success while working, sleeping, cooking, walking, or doing anything you want!
